FAQs
Where are you located?
ZenGreen Collection is a Canadian-born brand with a heart rooted in nature and wellness.
Our US orders are printed and shipped domestically in the USA through trusted partners in Florida and Texas - so your order stays close to home.
For our international customers we work with print partners around the globe to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, wherever you are.
Do you ship internationally?
Good things shouldn't have borders. We ship internationally through trusted print partners around the globe, so no matter where home is, ZenGreen can get there. Shipping rates vary by location so visit our Shipping Policy for details specific to your region.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Yes - your order ships with a tracking number. Once it leaves our print partner's facility, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow it home.
What materials are your products made of?
We print on the Comfort Colors 1717 because premium comfort should feel as good as it looks. Made from 100% ring-spun US cotton, it’s garment-dyed for a soft, lived-in feel with a substantial weight, relaxed fit, and durable construction that holds its shape over time. Full material details are listed on each product page.
